We Give Back
We believe in supporting our business partners and local non-profit businesses that make other people’s lives better. Each year we participate in the Chris-Leef Agency golf tournament benefitting the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation. In addition, participate in the City of Lenexa’s annual Chamber of Commerce Golf Tournament which supports a different charity each year. In the fall, you can find us cooking up batches of the best Chili this side of the Mississippi in the William Chili Challenge of Lenexa, Kansas benefitting the Juvenile Diabetes Association. We invite you to participate with us in supporting your local community.
We Volunteer
Each member of our staff volunteers within the community, from church and PTSA to coaching elementary school-level basketball, baseball, and more.
We believe it is important for our team to volunteer, so we give them time away from the office to volunteer with their own personal favorite charities in the community.
We also have opportunities for you to be involved and help out local charities as well like our fall food and clothing drive. Look for details on Facebook and in our newsletter!
RICH SMITH, PRESIDENT/PRODUCER

Rich has over 35 years of insurance expertise, founding Integrity Insurance in 2001. An avid golfer and K-State Wildcat fan, he enjoys watching any sport in any season. Serving his first term as Grand Knight, Shawnee Council #2332, Knights of Columbus, Rich’s passion for giving to those in need is rewarding. Besides a good Kansas City Royals game, you can catch Rich on the golf course or reading the latest murder mystery novel. He’s quick to suggest Mexican food for any meal and any Clint Eastwood rerun for entertainment. With 4 grandchildren to call him G-Pa, Rich is the first one on the floor to wrestle and play. He can assist you with wrestling your insurance needs too!
CELIA GRAYLESS, CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE (CSR)
When you call Integrity Insurance Services' main phone line, Celia answers as the CSR. She acts as a liaison for the agency Producers by providing basic information and answering questions regarding clients’ policies. Celia assists the Producers in the agency as needed and creates many home and auto quotes. She enjoys helping people and gets paid to "surf the internet" looking at homes and vehicles.
Outside of working at the office, Celia volunteers for the Olathe Fire Department as a Community Emergency Response Team member (CERT) and at Shawnee Mission North High School as a My Volunteer Pal (MVP). Celia's hobby is creating paper crafts by making cards and scrapbooks.
Her greatest loves are her husband, daughter, and three grandchildren, who she sees as much as possible.
JACK LINDQUIST, PRODUCER

Jack has been a Producer for the agency for the last 10 years. With almost 40 years in the insurance industry, Jack got his start working with the Lindquist Agency in Kansas City, Kansas where he grew up. In his spare time, he’s off to the golf course or playing with his new pup, Murphy. He supports the Eric’s Camp Fund, and Men of the Nativity and served on his HOA Board at Huntington Farms. Jack and his wife Nancy have 3 grown children and 8 grandchildren. You can find Jack following any Kansas Jayhawk team and traveling across the county with hopes to play golf in Ireland or Scotland. No matter your game, Jack can help you with your insurance needs.

Bob will tell you he’s a boring person because he loves to read books about income and retirement planning but, Bob is not boring! As a low handicap golfer he’s quick to challenge you to a game. Bob enjoys movies with funny story lines and loves spending time with his grandchildren. He is passionate about the Sisters, Servants of Mary whose unyielding compassion comforts those in need. Bob started in the insurance business with his father in 1981. For 25 years, he was a high school and college basketball referee. If he isn’t on the water, Mike is serving fish during the Lenten season and has been an active Knight in his Catholic community for over 25 years. He is a University of Kansas Alumni and a fan of any Jayhawk sport. He’s been in the insurance industry for over 35 years and enjoys helping people find a solution to their needs. Mike and his wife Tandy have two sons and a new baby granddaughter. You can catch Mike at any Knight event, on the biking trail or at a local music festival, probably with a fishing pole in hand. Mike can catch the best coverage for your needs.
SCARLETT CROWE, PRODUCER

After graduating from Kansas State University, Scarlett moved to Kansas City seeking a job in sales and has succeeded in the insurance business. With five years under her belt, Scarlett joined the Integrity Insurance team in 2015. All the while, she has travelled to over 20 countries on 6 continents and can’t wait to safari in Africa. Scarlett is an active member of the Lenexa Chamber of Commerce and has developed strong relationships with industry partners providing a full spectrum of products for her customers. Scarlett and her husband Kert, live in the historical Brookside neighborhood of Kansas City and enjoy watching the Royals and Sporting KC with family and friends. Scarlett will travel the companies to find the best insurance for you.
